Upazila ICT Training and Resource Center for Education (UITRCE), BANBEIS

Nandigram, Bogra

 

A Directorate of the Ministry of Education, Bangladesh Bureau of Educational Information and Statistics (BANBEIS). Nandigram UITRCE under BANBEIS, from the year of 2015-16, arranges ICT training for all teachers to improve the quality of secondary and higher secondary education in Nandigram upazila and to ensure the teaching in modern method, The basic ICT training is coming. 06 (six) trainers (TOT) selected from different schools of the upazila conduct this training.

 

Nandigram UITRCE is directly involved in updating the necessary information of secondary and higher secondary education institutions of Nandigram upazila in the online education surveying program conducted by BANBEIS every year.

 

Apart from this, the UITRCE is directly involved in updating the geographical location of the newly established educational institutions of Nandigram upazila in the "Education GIS" app conducted by BANBEIS.

Above all, to achieve sustainable development targets (SDG) - Goal-4: Quality Education  UITRCE, BANBEIS, Nandigram is working as an entity of Ministry of Education.

 

In recent years, activities of UITRCE, BANBEIS, Nandigram:

 

2015-16 fiscal year:

 

  • Basic ICT training: 09 batch

                Total trainees: 9 x 24 = 216

 

  • Online Education Survey: All secondary and higher secondary education institutions of Nandigram


2016-17 fiscal year:

 

  • Basic ICT Training: 24 batch

                    Total trainees: Nandigram upazila - 8 x 24 = 192 peole

                        Kahaloo Upazila - 14 x 24 = 336 

                        Dupchanchia Upazila - 2 x 24 = 48 

 

  • Online Education Survey: All secondary and higher secondary education institutions of Nandigram


2017-18 fiscal year:

 

  • Basic ICT training: 08 batches

                    Total trainees: 8 x 24 = 192 people

 

  • Online Education Survey: All secondary and higher secondary education institutions of Nandigram
  • Education GIS Update: 05 educational institutes.
